I went to shear art because I had a gift certificate. I asked for Donna and I got Debbie. I did not like my hair cut. I tried to like it but just couldn't do it. I even showed her a picture of it and it didn't look anything like it. I called shear art and asked if I could come back in to haven't it fixed. Donna, the owner, called me back and apologized. She said to come back in and she would fix it herself and give me a complimentary coloring. I went back and Donna cut it just like the picture. I was very pleased. I got my gift certificate to go back for a coloring or bleaching. Donna was excellent and took her time. I will now make that my regular salon and ask for Donna only.
