This is the worse salon ever, the customer service is a -0. I have been there twice already and I left both times without getting my hair done. Each I time I went, I got no customer service; no one asked what I needed done and no one acknowledged that I even walked into the salon. They acted like they had plenty of customers, there were really no one in there. One stylist sat on the back and hid yourself from any walk in customer. Maybe they had plenty of appointment scheduled, but I sat in that salon for approximately 45min until I walked out. Also, while sitting I observed one customer getting her hair done by someone who had a jacked waved job. You could just imagine how that customer hair was coming out. I am never going back to this place.
