They say word of mouth is the best advertisement so please BEWARE. This is the most horrific ghetto establishment I've ever visited. I wish I had 2 more hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down. The owner, Johnetta Coleman Presley, is the most unprofessional, rudest ,ignorant service person I've ever encountered. I'm baffled at how they've stayed in business this long. I'm contemplating filing a lawsuit.
I went in for a wave and color. When I first met Johnetta, the person that was to do my hair, she was pleasant enough. Then a while later other customers started to come in and she was trying to service about 4 or 5 other people at the same time. She had obviously intentionally overbooked. She applied the wave cream and finished that phase of my service. Then she applied the color and placed me under an extremely hot dryer and set the timer for 45 minutes. After about 25 minutes, the top of my scalp started to get really hot. A few minutes later it got so hot I had to adjust the temperature. At the end
