very disappointing. has the potential to be a great experience but was far from it. i should have walked out after seeing the dirty rug. When the stylist finished, I told her i thought it was crooked, she just blew me off. Sign above register that unsatisfied customers can come back within three days for a haircut should be a warning sign. do not recommend at all.
