I cancelled my appointment at the last minute. Their policy states a last minute cancellation is charged a 25% cancellation fee, but they charged full price. Beware scheduling appointments at this facility as they do not hold to their policies and will try and cheat you if you are unhappy with them or their facility. I cannot rate their services as I did not stay to receive them.

This is one of the better massage centers in Wichita. I have only received one massage here, but I got it from a young lady who was very good. She told me her eventual goal was to become a physical therapist.
However, there are a number of massage places in Wichita where you can get a good $50 massage, they charge I think $60 or $65 here. I found a place in Wichita whose one time massage price was $50, but this business also had the option of purchasing 5 massages for $200, and 10 massages for $350. I will not give the name of the business, as I think that is giving them an unfair advantage. If you value the highest quality massage more than the money and you want to be a repeat customer, you can't go wrong here.

I have gone to Serenity many times for massage and I am always pleased with the service. Recently I went in for one of their spa packages that included a facial. I normally do not like facials due to a bad experience before at another Spa here in Wichita, but I was pleasantly surprised. I truly enjoyed my treatment and thought the products were excellent. It is a nice place to go and relax.
