Owner was busy talking to friend/family and not attending to her client she had in front of her. I had to repeatedly ask for things to be fixed during my pedicure and even now they are still not correct. I tried to complain about the quality and was ignored, the place was packed and they were more concerned about all the other people instead of the one mad one in front of them who was stupid enough to have already paid for the bad pedicure. I have requested a refund for the service be arranged, not sure that it will happen but I WILL NOT be going back to this salon. I have been going to this salon on and off for the last 8 years and as of today it's done.

The place was dirty, dust and hair every where. The owner was rude to me. Had me was a lot longer than she had originally told me. Then when she finally got to me, she never washed her hands after the last client. She Also grabbed tools that were just lying around and not sanitized. While doing my nails, she jumped from different clients then back to me without asking if i mind and again not washing her hands. When i went to wash my hands before she polished my nails, i saw old pumice stones and buffers being washed and reused again lying near the sink. I was horrified. I left with nails that were not anywhere near good and i ended up with hurt fingers for a few days and not only that, my polish peeled the very next day.
