Rachelle, comes highly recommended. She has a passion for hair, a eye for detail and current on new style and products. I have seen Rachelle in action at commercials shots, agencies shots. turning the average person into something out of a magazine. Her work can be seen in 435 South Magazine, Title Boxing ads. If you need wedding, prom or pageant hair and makeup definitely the place to go.
