First time into salon. UV gel was uneven, took OVER 3 HRS to complete, kept breaking etc. Owner fixed (had to wait 3 days to get an appt) and nails were BREAKING that evening. Called to ask for refund and was told they spent too much time on service and would call back. NEVER did! Both technicians were very very rude and unprofessional and VERY expensive!
