Horrible experience. Owners wouldn't call me back after an unhappy perm job by Donna who smelled of smoke and talked about her dying father. Kids ran around a cried/screamed the whole time. Donna wouldn't fix the perm that washed out after 2 weeks. I will never go back to see Donna nor any of the other "stylists" there. Too expensive for the lack of customer service plus the end product washing out after a few washes. This place is basically a step up from great clips or s beauty school...but I think I'd trust them mote with my hair than this place..
Donna wouldn't return my phones either until I asked to speak with a manager...then she left nasty voicemails on my phone.
DO NOT GO TO DESIGN LINES!!!
