I went for an acrylic fill and was insulted and Darlene filed my nail down to the point where it was red and burning. After telling her my concerns, she insulted me. I asked if she had a license and she refused to tell me and told me to leave. So I did and went immediately to another tech elsewhere, and had to have my whole full set removed and replaced because she messed them up beyond a repair and used the wrong acrylic. Not only that, but when she stated she was done, I noticed her fingerprint IN the acrylic, and she called that a satisfactory job.
