The staff at Renew are amazingly friendly! They go out of their way to ensure that you are comfortable and taken care of. They asked me a ton of questions, wanting to know what my needs were, to what I did not like about my skin. They have so many more things than just laser, which is why I primarily went here. I would definitely recommend this place to all I know!

After 4 treatments I can barely tell I have had anything done except for the scars from the burns from the laser. It can take 4 months to make an appointment anytime of the day. A serious disappointment and a waste of time.

I received several treatments here for laser hair removal. I still have lots of hair in unwanted places, despite the fact that I was proclaimed to be the ideal candidate due to my pasty skin and dark body hair. The manager of the spa claims that I could undergo more hair removal sessions without any more positive effect. I am dubious to this claim, and suspect that the treatments I received and the equipment used were not of good quality. Laser hair removal is expensive. Your money would be better spent having it done elsewhere.

I've been going to Renew Spa since they opened and I have been so happy with my results. I still have some hair that grows but it is a huge improvement from when I started. Scheduling an evening appointment can be a bit tough, however it is worth the wait! The staff is very attentive and friendly.
