The idiot did a wash on my daughters hair and all she did was tangled it. She was combing it out and I had to offer to do it myself. I have never had a problem with her hair getting that tangled after I wash it and i am no professional. She pulled and yanked my daughters head and then just cut all the knots out. WTF who does that. She then turned around and charged us for the wash and just said she was sorry sometimes hair gets tangled like that. I told her no it don't she is 7 and I have never had that problem. I will never go back and I will tell every one I know to never go. So just to sum up the issue I paid for a lady to tangle up my daughters hair, have her pull, yank, give my daughter a headache, and a get a horrible hair cut. DONT EVER GO
