I had a cut from the owners apprentice, Naheal. I think that she is nice but lacks appropriate training. I did try to contact management but Naheal answered making it akward for me. I would just say that if you want your hair cut go somewhere where they don't hire entry level stylists. I think she told me that she had already gone through the owners training. This is not a good sign.
