I went to 5 Spa because someone told me that they were one of the cleanest nail facilities in town. Maybe they are clean, but what does that matter when the nail tech gives a terrible and painful pedicure. I asked to see her nail instrument that she was using because I thought it was perhaps broken metal that was hurting and cutting my toes. It turned out to be her too long, very hard French nails that were causing me so much pain and bleeding.I walked out, made all necessary phone calls to manager, owner of business etc.They offered to make it right by having the manager of the salon give me full nail services at no charge. NO THANK YOU! Worst salon experience ever!
