Don't let this guy feed you his crap. He gives you a lecture, has you sign on the dotted line and then forgets that you are a human being. The diet is a no sugar program. Don't get suckered into his unrealistic approach. He gives you vitamins to take cuz you are eating nothing but protein and vegetables. Do yourself and your wallet a favor. Seek weight loss advice elsewhere.
