If you are interested in Great Lengths hair extensions this is NOT the salon to use! There is an extreme lack of customer service and unprofessionalism. In addition, if for any reason you are unsatisfied with your service, there is no willingness to correct the situation. Instead, you are told to, go to another salon to fix the problem! And that is only if you can get Kristi to return your call... If you are going to spend the money on Great Lengths extensions, there are many local salon alternatives you should use (I know because Kristi recommended I go to one of them) - do NOT go here if you want to be a satisfied customer! In addition, the general quality of hair cuts done here is poor. You often end up with hair of different lengths on either side and/or in the back. Just a poor experience all the way around!
