Poor service and un-educated staff.
For the price these ladies charge, I would expect a stellar experience. I had to wait a little over 30minutes for my stylist and when I walked in the door, I was not greeted by anyone! They definitely try to hard-sell on the products and added services I didn't ask for! And then they charged me for them! the girl doing my hair definitely was in unfamiliar territory because she kept going to the owner for help. And the owner is definitely less than helpful and not so friendly.
