Started visits a 1 year ago. The Nail Tech who is the owner did a messy job I had to return the following week for him to correct the messy job. I kept going back to give him a chance because the shop was located in a convienence area. I have seen him turn lots of people away because he and his spouse can't keep up with the volume of customers. They often argue with each other in front of the customers. Today I went in and he told me he could not service my nails because my nails were too long. Mind you, I have been going to this shop for 1 year now. My nails are long because he has been servicing them. All of a sudden I am discrimminated aganist because of the length of my nails as if I couldn't get them cut down which I usually do.
