This establishment directly misleads its clients with their "membership", I was lied to by a manager regarding a tanning membership. When I went in, I advised explicitly that I just wanted to go a couple times a week for approx. a month before a vacation and that I would never use a membership. I was convinced by this "manager" to buy a membership, which I did in cash, and that if I cancelled it right I way I'd only be charged $5.00 per month to stay "active" in case I wanted to ever tan at a later time. I said "OK sign me up and immediately cancel me then, because I will not use it" and she said "agreed, ok". It turns out she was just trying to make a sale because I was charged $274.92 3 months later for membership I never had and was told by the exact same person that it was cancelled. I would not recommend, as even the owner was not customer friendly, nor did she seem to care that her manager was practicing business in this manner. Love, love, love this place - been to a half dozen other tanning salons and none can compare. The added spa services are a huge plus to going here! Great people - great place!
