I waited 30 minutes while an employee swept the floor, visited with other stylists and dusted. I told her it was rude to make me wait while she fooled around. She said I was rude and disrespectful and told me to leave. There's more but that's most of it. I was honest and not abusive in any manner. This is not my first experience with the Thain Rd. branch that is less than positive. It is just the first time I mentioned it to an employee.
