I too use this facility as a backup to my stylist and for convenience. The owner's are professional and courteous. There is turn over with regards to stylists, but Rynese, Donita, and Kelly are great and have been there a while. I definitely recommend any of these stylists. They do great work.
A perm is a good 40% less here so I love that and there are also professional hair care products (ethnic) for sale.

I had been an OCCASIONAL patron at Fantastic Sams (my regular stylist was at a salon in Buckhead.) I would visit Fantastic Sams when I needed to get in and out QUICKLY or just didn't feel like driving - that is - until DONITA did my hair. DONITA is VERY PROFESSIONAL and a FANTASTIC stylist. When she does my hair the style not only looks good, but LASTS!!! Now, I am a regular. The salon cost is at least 60-70% cheaper than what I was paying in the Buckhead salon and I am ALWAYS pleased with my experience there! Give FANTASTIC SAMS and DONITA a try and you'll be hooked too!

Depends on the stylist cause some are real ghetto, but a few professional stylists standout who really let you know what's going on with your hair and what you need to do to maintain it
Donita is the bomb!!
I don't like doing my eyebrows, but she made the experiend pleasant and in the end am glad i got them done because it looks really nice..
