This business is horrible. After destroying my natural hair I was not refunded my money. Imagine spending two years growing out your hair to have an incompetent "licensed" stylist ruin it. She was supposed to texturize instead she decided to perm as she left the texturizer on my hair very long and combed through it several times. Never again. Hope it gets shut down
