So I have been waiting a week and a half for my first reiki appointment, which was today and I was super psyched for. I piddled around PTC for an hour after work waiting for my appointment. I arrive early at Sole Therapy (8 minutes early) and noone is there. I called, explained how I have been waiting because I live all the way in Newnan and her response? "Bless your heart." She then proceeded to ask me to wait a few more minutes and then said if the therapist didn't show up if we could try again another time. They only have appointments on Wednesdays so it is just really inconvenient. I just happened to be in PTC at work the same day so I was able to make the appointment. I asked around and apparently this woman is known in the area for running a business in which she is unreliable and undependable.
