They received one star because when I took my fiance in on Valentines Day weekend they were the rudest people in the newnan location that I have ever met. We were told that because we were not previous customers that we could only receive a 1/2 hour massage not a one hour massage. This was after I already paid for my fiance to have the 1/2 hour massage as part of her valentines day gift. Little did they know but I actually used to buy all of my secretary's gift cards to this spa for the holidays which I will never do again. I even went as far as to contact the spa by email and never received a response which leads me to believe that they truly do not care and since they do not seem to care everyone should be aware of that before spending their hard earned money at this spa.
