I was very specific and asked for big curls when I went for a perm. They used small rods. I now look like Richard Simmons. After crying and going back for a trim I was told my perm was very pretty and I would have to learn how to work with it. I contacted the owner and was told he would not issue a refund and showed no concern that I did my part of communicating what I wanted from the perm. He obviously doesn't expect his staff to communicate important information to customers. The owner works for Federal Express and owns this Fantastic Sams as a "retirement plan". He only cares about making money!
