I absolutely love Unique Face Options! I've never had acne until my adult years and have tried Clinique, Proactive, Neutrogena just about everything, but nothing worked long term so I decided to get a real facial and talk to someone who can help. A coworker recommended I try Unique Face Options; I read their reviews and finally made an appt. I met with Lisa, who was my Esthetician (hope I'm spelling that right), and she was super nice and explained everything to me. I found out a lot about my skin and why everything I had tried only worked for a short time. My skin has made a significant turn around within the last few months and I'm proud to show it off. I'm glad I made the call and found a place that cares as much about my skin as I do. Thank you so much, Lisa!

The place and the atmosphere are good, the stuff too but I didn't like the way they sell their products, she offered me products that cost 380$ , I can't afford them but I didn't like how they show thier product to the costumes, after 3 days of the facial I see my skin as usual , no improvement ,....I will not do it again

I received a gift card from a friend of mine and finally got around to using it. I can sum up my experience by simply saying, I'm becoming a regular! Hands down, this is the best facials and service I have ever received, period.

I have had acne my entire life, even as I go into my mid 30's. I've tried everything from Pro Active,OTC stuff, dermatologists, etc. Someone told me to give UFO a shot as at this point, I had nothing to loose. I got a Groupon, which helped with the price, but for the services I received and followed up on the recommended products, of which I bought (tho I thought a bit pricey, but it was worth a shot), I bought in. I can honestly say, after several treatments and following the instructions I was given, my face has been steadily clearing up, to the point it's the most progress I have ever experienced in my life. Going back to UFO and continuing my treatments is no longer an option, but a must. Thank you Lisa. You are amazing and I am forever grateful.

I got a facial Groupon for this place. The 1st thing they did was upsell me on a treatment that wasn't included in the price I paid. That's fine, I know that's how a lot of groupons work. But then as I was getting my facial, she proceeded to upsell me the WHOLE TIME. I felt like I was at a timeshare presentation. It was scripted, insincere and annoying. The facial was just OK and he her extraction technique, which was just using her hands, left scars. After it was over she practically handed me all their products while giving me instructions on how to use them. I couldn't get a word in edge-wise. She then tells me "that'll be $330". She didn't push when I said no, but I just didn't like the hard sell. Bottom line, I won't be returning

From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted and I loved the cozy ambiance. Everyone was very professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Little did I know the facial I received would blow me away! From the immpecable services I had experienced in the 1st 5 minutes I was there to the moment I walked out the door, simply a lovely experience. You have to experience this place to believe it. My face looks great and it feels great. Thx UFO!

I have been to many salons that claim to have the level of service that Unique Face Options offers but now I know I've been missing out. The staff is so welcoming and knowledgeable and the atmosphere is so warm and soothing that I wish I didn't have to leave! Do yourself a HUGE favor and choose Unique Face Options, you'll be SO glad you did!

This place is AMAZING! I have tried a few other places for my facial and ran across this place to try. Once I entered, the ambiance is very inviting and relaxing. I felt very welcomed and hoped my facial was going to be just as good as the hype they created, so far. Well, all I can say is the was the best facial of my life!! a lady named Lisa performed my facial and I can go on all day on how good and exhilerating not just my face looked and felt, but me too!! I think she took several years off of me!! She's awesome and I'll definitely be going back to this place - along with anyone else I can get to experience this!!
I got every red cents worth and then some!! Thx Lisa!! :) I'll be back!!
