I love this shop, but only because of Charlene. She is the only one worth asking for. I have been going to her for over three years and I refuse to let anyone else touch my nails. The rest of the techs there have major attitudes and have no problem with giving you a verbal wait time of twenty minutes only to make you wait forty! I went today to get one nail fixed and Charlene was not there. I was willing to try someone else but after how I was treated, needless to say, my nail is still not fixed and will not be until Char returns.
