| User Review - Venus M | Bad Experience
I had an appointment today & never received services. I came in for a relaxer retouch & Ebony (the owner of the shop) informed me that I couldn't. The salon's policy is every 10 weeks...I haven't had a retouch in 7 weeks. I workout a least 3 times a week & sweat profusely... so waiting 10 weeks would be a nightmare. I respect the policy of the salon, but it would have been nice to have that information before I showed up to my appointment & have her assistant/receptionist base my scalp. I feel like I wasted my time and theirs on not being properly briefed. I was really looking forward to having someone that specialized in color & cuts right here in Columbus. I had 2 people to tell me to let them know my salon experience...well, there you go!
