I called late one night, expecting to hear the hours of operation on a answering machine. Only to have a women pick up the phone - I thought I had the wrong number returned the phone to the receiver. Someone called back from the salon to find out why I would call so late at night and asked very rudely.
Get an answering machine with your hours of operation please and don't be rude to potential customers!
