Every single time I have been to Journey's Concept Salon, I have been MORE than satisfied. Everything from the high-end products Journey uses, to her techniques, to the way she cares for my hair and educates me about at-home hair care is exceptional! She takes her time with you and keeps your hair healthy and growing while still giving you the exact style you requested or something even better. The salon uses an ultra convenient online booking system so you get an e-mail confirmation for your appointment which I love. The lofty salon is intimate, trendy, and comfortable (when you're under the dryer you can use the wi-fi or enjoy a vogue magazine while catching up on your favorite television show). I'm going to end my rant here, because I can go on and on about how amazing she and the salon are... But take my word, you won't be disappointed ;)

The $99 sew-in special is well worth it.I also purchased two packs of remy hair from the salon. This hair is amazing! Journey trimmed by ends and took her time braiding my hair. I am very pleased with the service and will schedule an appointment in a few weeks for a wash. Thanks for being professional!!! Shay :)

I RECENTLY WENT TO JOURNEY'S CONCEPT AND SEEN THE OWN JOURNEY FOR A SEW IN. THE BRAIDS WERE SMALL, THE SEW IN LAYED FLAT, THE LAYERS WERE PERFECT AND I EVEN GOT A DEEP TREATMENT ON MY HAIR ALL FOR $99. HER SPECIALS ARE AWESOME AND SHE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND NICE. I'M TELLING EVERYONE ABOUT HER AND I'VE BEEN GETTIN SO MANY COMPLIENTS, I MEAN THE SEW IN LOOKS LIKE MY HAIR!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED...I EVEN TIPPED HER $30 BECAUSE HER WORK IS WORTH MORE THEN HER SPECIAL PRICE. THANKS JOURNEY!!

I visited Journey's Concept on April 23, 2011. Journey is the owner and she did a great job on my hair. I was able to watch the other girl that works there do hair, and she did an amazing quick weave that made me want to try it out in the future. After leaving the salon, I was asked by many people while at the store for the information to her salon because they were so impressed at how natural my hair looked. I would recommend you to try her out. I plan to visit Journey's Concept again in June, August, and October to get the $99 special!

I went to try Journey's Concepts today to quickly get a shampoo and blowdry for an event I had this evening. Miss Journey get my hair finished within the hour and it was bouncing and blowing...I got tons of compliments and long stares from men!!!! I would recommend her anytime and she is equipped to any kind of hairstyle on any kind of hair...Cacausian, Black, Oriental or Indian hair. I also understand she is also getting into Dominican hairstyling techniques. Try her out and then comment and let me know if you had as awesome experience as I did!
