If you want to enjoy your day getting your nails done... do not go to this place!! The place is very small and old and not well kept.. the owner was extremely rude. We walked in around 1:30pm on a Saturday and she had no one in the place to do our nails. The owner seemed upset that the three of us wanted to get our nails done at the same time... we even offered to come back later and she kept making up excuses of why we couldn't.. very poor business etiquette. There is a nail salon down the street with great atmosphere and nice staff that I would highly suggest before wasting your time on this place.

The Park Avenue address fools you. This is a dinky old facility with old furnishing and equipment. The place is cramped, no privacy and wasn't offered as much as a glass of water. Staff openly criticized a staff member who had not come in that day. I waited forever before being told there was no one available to do my massage. I left and immediately requested a refund from Groupon. I was actually happy that things did not work out. The place and staff created a very stressful mood and had no interest in rescheduling.

Don’t go here! It’s on Park Avenue so you’d expect it to be nice but it’s not. The equipment is not cleaned properly. The chairs are gross. I also purchased a two pack groupon and they refused to honor the second day even though the first time I was there they assured me that I could schedule my next appointment whenever I was ready! The business should be turned in. I also waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment the first time.....

I've been going to Bonjour for years. I'll even surpass the convenience of using the nail services in my hair salon to go to Bonjour. The ladies are the friendliest and will do whatever they can to make you comfortable. They are the best I've ever had at facials, waxing, manicures, pedicures. The massages are also great. I have a standing appointment every month and I highly recommend them.

I had the Cleopatra pedicure with Mimi, which included a dynamite foot massage. Let's just say I spent the rest of the afternoon radiating bliss.
