I have had a lot of massages in my life, but this was one of the worst I can recall. For starters, my wait time was over 1 hour! There is NO ambience and the wait room is small. I purchased a discounted massage at Groupon that was supposed to include a one hour deep tissue massage along with champagne and fresh fruit. The "champagne" was a glass of sparkling cider. The "fruit plate" was a small bowl with 4 strawberries in it. The deep tissue massage was more of a Swedish massage, although I tried to explain to the masseuse to go deep, but she didn't speak much English. Even as a Swedish massage, it was what I would judge as poor. I didn't leave feeling any better or more relaxed than when I arrived. Needless to say, even though I got it at a discount, I feel like it was money thrown out the window.
