You can't make an appointment at Kelly's! You have to get the name of a stylist and her number. You call this person and leave a message. If she feels like calling you back, then I guess you're lucky. To top it off, the receptionist is rude. She hung up on me in the middle of the conversation. These are unpleasant people!! They could care less if you are new and need an appointment. Business must be very good if they can treat potential new customers this way.
