This is the second time I've gone to Passion. The first time was in Jan. 2012 after a different salon turned me green, "right before my wedding"! I found about them from a girl at the grocery store, whose highlights looked incredible. She told me she had seen Tiffany, the owner. I tried to see the owner but she was booked and I needed pics for a new business card. So she set me up with Tammy and I was praying all the way there! Tammy did a beautiful job with the hi and lo-lights, took her time and the price was better than I had previously paid to be turned "green"! I would highly recommend Passion Hair Design!
