Rats running around, big flies, everywhere in lights landing on people, dead rats in ceiling and walls, smelled horrible. Never will go back.

I brought my daughter in to have her her dyed a little bit purple underneath and a haircut. It costs $85 and I left a $20 tip. Two days later the purple had all washed out. I called the salon and was assured they would fix it, no problem. The stylist Arlene did fix it, but charged an additional $5. I questioned why and was told that Arlene is a chair renter. I was under the impression, I was dealing with Mantrap. No one had anything to say. No apology, no nothing. Bad experience.
