I was so unhappy with my hair color before I went there. I explained my frustration with other salons and what I was trying to get, she (the owner) took the time to listen to me and really thought about who could help me best. Jess does my hair now and she is amazing. I roughly explained what I was looking for (and trust me when I say it was a rough explanation)and she got it perfect. It's an amazing shade of red and when I start getting tired of it she spices it up with a tiny bit of brown and its just enough of a change so I can go back to the red and be happy. I have curly hair so I don't need it trimmed too often but when she does its just a smidge to shape it and it stays fine for quite a few visits. Every week I have customers at my job compliment my hair (no exaggeration...every single week) and have even had a couple of cars stop to say something about it and when I'm out shopping.
