VERY, VERY, VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER
Hello vita.croskey, I noticed that they only post 1 unhappy review, I know they have many many more unhappy customers,
I just read your "unhappy review". I too went to that house, (3/2014) had appointment with owner, Kadidia, when I got there, just an old lady, who then called a young girl that did not braid the way I asked her to, the old lady kept coming in to help..it was a very bad experience, I didn't want her teaching my hair, but she worldn;t stop trying to braid, the young girl kept calling someone on the phone, spoke in French.. I found out later that she was speaking to Kadidia, owner, who told her what to do, which WASN'T what I keep asking for.. now my natural hair is starting to fall out, I'm starting a "class action law suit, need a few more signatures. Leave me a message here, and anyone else that had a problem, I would not be suing if she simply refunded my money, but she got very UGLY with me when I complained.. so "class action it is".
