A friend of the family visited the salon and witnessed Zetta, the owner, screaming and yelling at a customer who was unhappy with her color. This woman was a repeat customer for the past few years but seemed to not regularly see Zetta, the owner (I can see why). This older woman was called 'White Trash' and embarassed in front of regular customers and the salon staff because her color did not turn out as it normally did, and voiced her concern. There is no way I would EVER frequent an establishment as a customer and stand for such behavior from none the less..the owner. If you are looking for a stylist, color, or cut, go elsewhere.
