Only go to Monique if you want greatclips basic haircare at salon prices. Definitely do not go if you want your roots touched up, ombre hair, or a "trim." My group of girlfriends and I trusted her with our hair a few months ago and left very upset. She charged us $15 more, explaining that she used a "very expensive conditioner." She was not gentle handling my hair, cut off far more than we asked, and did nothing to improve the color of our hair.
Just advice because I don't want you to feel like we did.

Used a groupon for color/cut $29. I brought in pictures of hair cut and color I wanted. Monique had me "face the opposite side" of the mirror while she performed her "magic." Never let a hairdresser turn you AWAY from the mirror so you know what they are doing. When I turned around after the blowdry, I had short, red hair when I use to have long blonde hair. I told her no red or brassy colors. She also said she had to charge me $260 for the extra work she did on my hair. I did not have that much money and had already paid for the groupon but she said the cut and the extra color cost over $200 more. There were no other customers there the whole time I was there (3 hours while she chopped and colored with my back to the mirror) but several times during this session, she took speaker phone calls from her son when included them yelling at each other about car usage and other crazy stuff I did not need to hear. Go at your own risk.

Had to wait about 15 min, but worth it, great shampoo and best cut I ever got in Naples. Ill be back ! Monique is fast and professional, while I waited I was going to read a magazine, instead I sat in awe as she handled 5 clients with stuff on their hair, color I think. The best is she didn't skip a beat and was smiling and professional the entire time! Monique my wife and I will be back your terrif.

Easy access, in the mall. So other shopping too!lol
Salon is in the back so people arent watching you get your hair done, its private. Prices for Naples, wow/ I had my hair colored and the stylist, Monique needed to do some correcting cause my last coloring was awful. So anyway, she changed my roots and also put high and lowlights and reshaped my haircut. I was really nervous thinking about how much it was gonna cost me. For everything I was charged just under 200 which in this town is not alot of money. And I am very satisfied. I will be seeing Monique again, monthly.

I went to the Mall yesterday.
I was really upset because I had my haircolored a few days ago at an upscale salon and I was not at all happy.
Thank God I went into Trade Secret, Monique helped me with my ugly color and now I have what I originaly wanted. ThX

I got a great deal with groupon. Keartin treatment for a fractionof what it would have cost. I must say i was a little doubtful, but OMG! my hair is straight and I have already waited the 3 days and washed it myself , it is very manageable. very pleased. 5***** from me Cindi Locasta,Marco Island
