Paid $30 for a $10 trim, and a bad one at that. Used a Groupon and got a trainee who didn't have a clue. Didn't realize I had a trainee until after Monique stepped in and cut some of my hair and then asked "if I minded" if the trainee "tried". Stupidly, I agreed thinking she would be back to oversee and check up on things. I have very short hair so this was not an easy cut, that said this could be one of the worst cuts of my life! I could go on, but let's just say to all, be warned...these people don't get it! I am new to the area and look to Groupon to check out what is available in Naples area..hope this isn't the norm. I'll keep looking, wish me better luck!
