They offer many different variety of classes and other Personal Training programs, such as Power Plate and Pilates. They also have a great variety of equipment too! No to mention a friendly staff which creates a energetic atmosphere. They completely remodeled the place since I been there last and the locker rooms look amazing. I can actually enjoy taking a steam bath or sweating it out in the sauna. The only thing is you have to bring your own towel to shower there.
