| User Review - Liz M | Bad service, BAD business! Stay away!
The owner melted a clip into my hair. Spent 2 hrs trying to get it out on our wedding night. I remember her combing out the bottom layer of my hair after she had already curled and sprayed it, which didn't make sense to me at the time, so she knew she melted it into my hair. Instead of owning up to an understandable mistake, she hid it. She refused several times to refund my money! As a business owner, she should have done everything she could to correct her mistake!
