I had recieved a gift certificate from my husband for a spa package at Serentity Spa in Lecanto. Well I miss placed the certificate and when I did come across the certificate it was expired. (No long than 2 years from purchase date) When we tryed talking to them and asked if there was anything they could do. NOTHING..the certificate is expired! Can you tell me why does it have an expiration date in the first place. My husband paid cash for it. It shouldn't have an expiration it's not a coupon or some free thing that came in the mail! So needless to say I just $200. down the drain. Personally if a business can't honor money that they received for a job and will take your money without providing products in return is a theft and stole your money!
