Dr. Cartwright's office administrator called and cancelled my fathers surgery for basil eye cancer with less than 48 hours notice. The office staff stated the reason that they cancelled my father's surgery was due to the fact that we asked too many questions during the pre-op visit. This office has been unprofessional since day 1, with waiting times exceeding 3 hours after the scheduled appointment time, rude front desk staff, and not returning phone calls about the cancer. Also, the biopsy turned out to be wrong twice. In conclusion, after 4 months and 8 visits, they were the one's who cancelled my father's surgery, all because we had questions about the surgery, and we no closer to having the cancer removed!
