I recently visited Prana Massage and Beauty for a deep tissue massage. I was looking for a new massage therapist and because Prana is affiliated with a yoga studio (often a sign of compassionate and conscientious services), was running a fantastic $39.00 special and is close to my house, I decided to give it a try. This was a wonderful decision!
I was greeted warmly in the main Beauty area by my massage therapist, Ben, who listened patiently as I described my massage preferences and specific areas of concern. During the beginning of the massage, Ben spent time assessing areas of tension and determining my pressure thresholds. As he transitioned from area to area, he adjusted his techniques accordingly. The result? One of the best massage experiences of my life!
Consider me hooked!
