I have been going to see Tiffany for two years and this past year she started cutting my son's hair too. She does a wonderful job and is always cheerful. The staff is great. My only complaint is that it is hard to get an appointment so plan ahead

Very disappointed. Randy (the master stylist whose services are at the highest rate), pops in and out, leaving an assistant to handle application of the color. He does do an awesome job with highlights, cut and blowout, but that's the only time you'll see him. And just try to get a return phone call when you have a concern. He told the receptionist to tell me he didn't have time to talk with me. I asked for a return call when he DID have the time, but that never happened. After more than a year, I'm sad to say I'm looking for another salon because of the way his staff treated someone I referred to him with confidence. In addition to the demeaning treatment, she made a mess of the color application and left dye all over her face, ears and cheeks. It took the person I referred to Randy a great deal of time after returning home to get all the dye off of her skin.

I love Aveda products and was a customer of this salon for 2 years but enough is enough!!! You may or may not get a stylist that actually listens to you and does a good job When you do and are happy with your style don't expect them to be there the next time. After spending several hundred dollars on products over two years the owner's sister refused to exchange an unused product! They don't care about you or your business . Go to Orange City!

I've been going here for years to get my hair cut and I've never been unhappy with it. Everyone who works here is very nice and super helpful. I recently had my hair stripped and recolored to match my natural color, and it matched almost perfectly. I recommend this salon to everyone.
