True, the staff is friendly on the phone. Easy to make appointments. Showed up early, not greeted, but could hear people. Someone took another client back. 15 minutes later a stylist came out and noticed me and asked if anyone had greeted me. She tried to locate someone, including calling the owner who didn't answer. I had 2 appointments (eyebrows and pedi) At 10:12 the waxing girl showed and ignored me even when I asked if she was Kat. Then she came back and told me to come back. Well, I had a 10:15 as well, so I told her I wouldn't be able to keep the appointment she'd missed as I didn't want to inconvinience Gina, the nail tech. Didn't say that with the missing eyebrows, I wasn't about to let her touch mine! Well at 10:25 with no call no-show Gina I decided I was batting a 1000 and could get both services down the street for half the price. Too bad, it's a nice looking salon.
