Don't book with Pattie. No one greeted me when I walked in. Staff was too busy talking about their personal problems. I had made and appt. for a perm and she didn't take me for 25 minutes! Didn't even greet me for 15 minutes. Wish I had left. Bad perm and when I asked for a TRIM she cut off 2 inches!
