I immediately noticed there was no horrible smell of chemicals when I walked in. This was the first plus. I had horrible color to my hair and absolutely no style AND I had no idea what to do. Paula took a look at my hair, got out her hair swatches and matched my skin with the color she believed would suit me best. She suggested highlights (and the color). She also gave me a great cut. OMG she hit it right on the first try! No one has ever done that. The atmosphere was extremely relaxing and everyone who came in received such a wonderful welcome from Paula and her staff. I would not go anywhere else from now on!
