Grady's MMA is a really great place to train. I am a purple belt in Brazillian Jiu Jitsu under one of the local Gracie Jiu Jitsu Barras and compete in both grappling and Mixed Martial Arts. I started training at Grady's about 6 months ago and have already learned more than I learned in 5 years at the Gracie Barra. The rates are good for the training you get and the facility is awesome. The people that train there are great with a very good talent pool to learn from. I would recommend this place to anyone that is interested in MMA or even just for getting in shape or learning self defense.
